HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE

The year 2002/2005 was one of growth for home and Community Services with 51 clients now on the HACC Kundimia Clients list.

The major achievement this Financial year was the purchase, renovation and setup of the HACC new premises next door to the CMSAC Medical Centre.

HACC provide a range of services to those Indigenous clients assessed as needing support. Some of these services include:

1. Domestic assistance

2. Transport

3. Garden based Day Care

4. Personal Care

5. Linen Service

6. Assessment

7. Case Planning and Review

8. Special Occasions
